PROJECT SUMMARY
Staff is requesting that this item be removed from the calendar. Additional property
owners within the required 300-foot notification radius were identified after the Notice of
Public Hearing was distributed via mail. Removing the project from the current calendar
will allow for the project to be noticed in accordance with Newport Beach Municipal Code
(NBMC) Section 21.62.020 (Notice of Public Hearing) before a future hearing date.
RECOMMENDATION
1) Remove from the October 13, 2022, Zoning Administrator meeting and calendar.
