Maximum reduction of 5% of the required spaces. •Allow an additional 5% reduction with on-site or proximate end-of-trip facilities like lockers and showers. Waivers above 20% will still require a CUP. •Any waiver is subject to City Traffic Engineer review and approval of a professionally prepared parking- demand/ supply analysis.
