We’ll need to process an amendment to the SLA to terminate the fourth site. Let’s discuss on Monday. Thank you everyone for your time in going over this matter. I really do appreciate it! I have condensed the Payment Direction Form into one, especially if we are allergic to signatures this will be better . It didn’t really need to be three separate forms as one will cover these currently issued amendments and any future ones. Once we get this form completed, signed and submitted with the Amendment packages, City of Newport Beach will be a Payee in our lease payment system and we should have no issues moving forward with payments. Given the time sensitive nature of this, Franklin (@forozco@interlinkpg.com) is going to look into seeing if the market can make the payment for the first year outside of the system. If it is not too much trouble, please provide the invoice(s), including the late fee assessment, so we can look into getting that taken care of. If not, I do have Property Management on standby to expedite the packages once we get them submitted so that the Payments can get out ASAP. To address the statement on the call about three forms being sent over when there are four amendments, the fourth project – FA 14807371, HBNPB_042, SLC4735 – has been cancelled. AT&T will no longer be pursuing the build out of that node location due to a network redesign that occurred. I see Section 24.3 of the Master Agreement handles Termination of the Streetlight or Site License Area. Please let Franklin or I know if you need something more formal addressing this Termination of the Site and Lease or if you require anything additional from us to process a termination. Lastly, please advise as to the prorated amount owed for SLC4735 once such amount has been assessed. Please let me know if there any additional questions or concerns.
