The following documentation is required to complete the application: 1. Recreate and resubmit the public noticing materials to include only the property owners within a 300’ radius of the property, excluding intervening right of ways. Optional: comply with the City of Newport Beach’s new public noticing requirements. 2. Provide written confirmation that John Spencer is a managing member of Seaward Road, LLC and authorized to sign official documents. Submit an electronic copy of the requested materials to ccurley@newportbeachca.gov. Hard copies may be requested at the time of review but are not initially required. Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a Zoning Administrator Hearing.
