THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH RECENTLY RECEIVED A COASTAL
DEVELOPMENT PERMIT APPLICATION FOR THE FOLLOWING PROJECT:
PROPOSED PROJECT: A request for a tentative parcel map and coastal development
permit for residential condominium purposes. The existing single-family residence is to be
demolished and a new duplex is under review. The tentative parcel map will allow for the
two units of the duplex to be sold individually. __________________________________
