Pursuant to Section 21.54.060 (Time Limits and Extensions) of the Newport Beach Municipal Code, the Community Development Director may extend the approval for no more than three additional 12-month periods beyond the expiration of the original approval. The Director must find that there have been no changes in the conditions or circumstances of the site or project, such that there would have been grounds for denial of the original project. On September 22, 2022, the Community Development Director approved a 12-month extension based on the attached written request dated August 1, 2022.
