I am reaching out to see if you would like to extend your temporary outdoor dining patio for one more year. The Zoning Administrator has the authority to extend the limited term permit for up to one more year. Then you would need to remove it or apply for a CUP amendment/parking waiver etc. to make it permanent. The fee to extend the limited term permit is $175, and you will just need to send me a formal request to extend it via email. Then I can invoice you or another contact for the fee via email (or PA2022-0286 you can pay in person). If you do not want to extend the permit you will need to remove all the temporary improvements by January 1st. Please let me know what you think. Have a wonderful holiday!
