Corrections: 1.Remove proposed tree in utility easement. AD Design Inc. Response: We have updated our plans accordingly. Refer to Sheet L-7 titled Planting Plan. We identify 4’ easement and have removed the front tree. Please advise. 2. No plant material can exceed 3’-6” in the 4’ utility easement. AD Design Inc. Response: We have replaced the Buxus Japonica within the 4’ easement with low selseria grasses that grow to 18” high at maturity. Refer to Sheet L-7 titled Planting Plan. Please advise. PA2022-0222
