Dear Planning Department:
We would like to apply for a Minor Conditional Use Permit for a coffee shop. Blk Dot
Coffee currently operates seven locations in the surrounding area; Irvine, Laguna
Beach, Long Beach, and Orange. Blk Dot Coffee offers espresso coffees, specialty
coffee and tea drinks, pastry, wraps, breakfast bowls and toasts. Our foods are
prepped and produced at our corporate kitchen in Irvine and delivered fresh every
morning to all of our locations. The proposed use is in line with all our current retail
locations and our use will be a great addition to the area and for this retail center.
