Hi Rodi,
In regards to 19212 Teresita Ln, we continue to have an on -going issue with the Owner there "Kathy Arblaster". In the
past she has violated an FCC signal leakage and has been warned by us and Newport Beach PD. Please see the attached
picture and looks like it is covered in course sand this time. We are going to have to replace it this time with an above
ground pedestal and pour concrete in and around it. Please send me a cost of the Encroachment to place the pedestal
there. L&G will be my contractor.

Rodi,
Here is a picture. It is 17'X17" and we will be placing a concrete rim around is apx.8". It will look clean. This needs to be
done this way due to the owner tampering and causing damages along with signal leakage. Please reply to all with the
dollar amount so Darryl can get me a check while I am off until Monday. I will also let you know the day so you can have
an inspector meet us there. Thank you
