Description: Installation of a new, single-story manufactured single-family residence and accessory structures, including an aluminum carport awning, deck, steps and concrete walkways and driveway, on the vacant portion of a lot developed
with an existing manufactured single-family residence. No work is proposed to the existing residence.
Location: 207 Tremont Dr., Newport Beach, CA 92660 (APN: 440-132-62) Unless an appeal is filed with the Coastal Commission, the action will become final at the end of the Commission appeal period. The appeal period will end at 5:00 PM on January 24, 2023.
