Dear Mr. Glaser: The purpose of this correspondence is to confirm that that we have performed a geotechnical review of the reference (1) Delta 3 revision of the production precise grading plans prepared by Hunsaker & Associates – Irvine, Inc. to verify that our recommendations have been incorporated into their design and details. The previous version of the production precise grading plans, Delta 2, were reviewed and approved as part of the preparation of our reference (5) review letter dated July 6, 2016. The Delta 3 revision consists of the following: Lot 6 •Increases the size of the garage (toward the east) to create room for a fifth car. •Adjusted the corresponding driveway grades. Based on our review, it is our opinion that the conclusions and recommendations of our reference (2) report and corresponding reference (3) response letter remain applicable to the subject project and that our recommendations have been properly reflected on the reference (1) revised precise grading plans and details.
