Dear Ms. Slevcove: The purpose of this correspondence is to confirm that that we have performed a second geotechnical review of the reference (1) Delta 7 revision of the production precise grading plans prepared by Hunsaker & Associates – Irvine, Inc. to verify that our recommendations have been incorporated into their design and details. The Delta 7 revisions consist of the following: Sheet 2 •Added construction Note 14. Sheet 4 •Added custom landscape features to Lot 3 of Tract 16604. •Revised proposed precise grading and drainage within Lot 3 of Tract 16604 to correspond with the changes to the landscaping. •Added pool and spa caissons to Lot 3 of Tract 16604. •Added construction Notes 6 and 14. Sheet 11 •Added D1 Balcony Option to Lot 3 of Tract 15613. Therefore, the revised precise grading plans are considered acceptable from a geotechnical point of view and supplemental or revised geotechnical recommendations are not considered necessary.
