Dear Ms. Slevcove:
The purpose of this correspondence is to confirm that that we have performed a second geotechnical
review of the reference (1) Delta 7 revision of the production precise grading plans prepared by
Hunsaker & Associates – Irvine, Inc. to verify that our recommendations have been incorporated
into their design and details.
The Delta 7 revisions consist of the following:
Sheet 2
•Added construction Note 14.
Sheet 4
•Added custom landscape features to Lot 3 of Tract 16604.
•Revised proposed precise grading and drainage within Lot 3 of Tract 16604 to
correspond with the changes to the landscaping.
•Added pool and spa caissons to Lot 3 of Tract 16604.
•Added construction Notes 6 and 14.
Sheet 11
•Added D1 Balcony Option to Lot 3 of Tract 15613.
In March of 2017, we prepared the reference (3) letter that provided geotechnical design
recommendations for the landscape improvements currently proposed within Lot 3 of Tract 16604
and shown on the reference (1) Delta 7 revision of the precise grading plans.

Based on our review, it is our opinion that the conclusions and recommendations of our original
reference (2) report and supplemental reference (3) geotechnical design recommendations letter
remain applicable to the subject project and that our recommendations have been properly reflected
on the reference (1) revised precise grading plans and details. Therefore, the revised precise grading
plans are considered acceptable from a geotechnical point of view and supplemental or revised
geotechnical recommendations are not considered necessary.
We hope this letter serves your needs at this time. Should you have any questions, please do not
