relative to the City of Newport Beach's Tidepool and Education Program.

monitoring requirements for transient boaters and live-aboards in Newport Harbor
(c) 2008 Draft 303d List & Draft NPDES (Water Quality) Permit (John Kappeler) Update and discussion
of the Santa Ana Regional Water Quality Control Board's proposed 2008 303d list and proposed
Fourth Term NPDES Permit.
(d) Beachgoer Educational Display Program (John Kappeler) Review and discussion of Mi Ocean
Foundation's proposed beachgoer educational display program.
