(a) Bay and Ocean Bacteriological Test Results (Monica Mazur) Review and discussion of recent
water quality test results within Newport Bay and along the ocean shoreline.
4 — New Business
(a) Newport Beach Tidepool & Education Program (Michelle Clemente) Presentation and discussion
relative to the City of Newport Beach's Tidepool and Education Program.
(b) NOAA Grant (Bob Stein) Review and discussion relative to the City's application for a $7.5M grant
from NOAA
(c) Removal of OCSDs C2 Bacterial Monitoring Station (John Kappeler) Review and discussion on
OCSDs request to remove an off shore bacteriological monitoring station located % mile off of
Newport Beach.
(d) Water Conservation Ordinance (George Murdoch) Review and discussion of the City's proposed
revisions to Municipal Code Ordinance 14.16 — Water Conservation.
