water quality test results within Newport Bay and along the ocean shoreline.

(a) Water Quality Master Plan (Dave Kiff) Presentation and update on the latest version of the City's
Water Quality Master Plan.
(b) Integrated Regional & Coastal Watershed Management Plan (IRCWMP) (Bob Stein) Discussion
and update on Phase 3 of the IRCWMP, including a review of the proposed Regional Performance
Objectives.
