(a) Bay and Ocean Bacteriological Test Results (Monica Mazur) Review and discussion of recent
water quality test results within Newport Bay and along the ocean shoreline.

(a) Zero Trash Laguna (Chip McDermott) Presentation on the Zero Trash Program in Laguna Beach,
including future plans to expand the program to other communities.
(b) Poseidon Desalination Protect (George Murdoch / Kevin Hunt) Presentation and update on the
proposed Poseidon Desalination Project, including a general discussion on water use, availability
and delivery issues.
