Delineate on the plans where the jewelry store is located and where the body piercings will take place. c. Show the number of chairs on the floor plan. Ensure it matches the project summary. d. Clarify if the rooftop equipment is proposed or existing. Any proposed rooftop equipment must be properly screened. 3. Building Comments Clarify the type of body piercing service being offered. Are the piercings only for earrings or other similar piercings that can be done at the sales area or are they complicated/personal piercings that may require private/medical procedure. Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a Zoning Administrator Hearing.
