Dear Ms. Ashari,
In response to your request dated May 19, 2014, we are changing the current address
of your client’s condominium unit from 118 ½ 39th Street to 116 39th Street. The two
addresses the City will recognize for the development are 116 39th Street and 118 39th
Street.
Staff will notify appropriate City Departments of this change. However, it is your
responsibility to notify all other affected agencies, which include, but are not limited to
the United States Postal Service, Orange County Assessor, and utilities servicing the
property. Please be sure to alert your local telephone carrier of this change to ensure
that any responses to “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to a valid address. Be
advised that address nameplates shall not exceed two square feet in area, numbers
should be at least four inches high, shall be of contrasting color to the background, and
clearly visible from the street.

Dear Mr. Zdeba,
Per our conversation earlier the owner of the property located at 118 & 118 1/2 39th Street (Mr.
Tyler Duoos) would like to request
to change the number 118 to 116 and number 118 1/2 to 118. As you see on the aerial photos
attached, number 116 is missing.
The way they are currently numbered are 114 ➙ 118 1/2 ➙ 118 ➙ 120, the numbers go up and
back down and up again. Mr. Duoos's
proposal will fill up the gap and forms the numerical sequence, which would be : 114 ➙ 116 ➙
118 ➙ 120
Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Please contact me if you need any additional
