Dear Mrs. Kirkland
In response to your request dated March 5, 2013, we are assigning the addresses
865 W. 16th Street and 899 W. 16th Street to the two existing roofed-storage areas
located behind the 881 W. 16th Street and 891 W. 16th Street commercial buildings.
Staff will notify appropriate City Departments of this change. However, it is your
responsibility to notify all other affected agencies, which include, but are not limited to the
United States Postal Service, Orange County Assessor, and utilities servicing the property.
Please be sure to alert your local telephone carrier of this change to ensure that any
response to “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to a valid address. Be advised that
address nameplates shall not exceed two square feet in area, numbers should be at least
four inches high, shall be of contrasting color to the background, and clearly visible from the
street.
