Dear Mr. Carr:
Per the property owner’s request dated August 22, 2014, we are changing the current
address of the duplex at 937 and 937 ½ W. Balboa Boulevard to 935 and 935 ½ W.
Balboa Boulevard.
We will advise City departments; however, it will be your responsibility to inform all other
affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, Orange County Assessor, utilities,
etc. Please be sure to notify your local telephone service carrier so that responses to
any “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to a valid address. The address numbers
should be at least four inches high, of contrasting color to their background, and clearly
visible from the street.

To Whom It May Concern:
Please accept this letter as approval and request to change the legal address of 937 W.
Balboa Blvd., Newport Beach, CA 92661 to 935 and 9351/2 Balboa Blvd., Newport Beach, CA
92661. We, Steven A. Nichols and Kimberlee C. Nichols, purchased the property on August 14,
2014 from Bilal Khatib. Mr. Khatib started the process of changing the address, but delayed in
returning necessary documents. We will be presenting the City with a request to convert the
residence into two condominiums.
Due to the APN and all other legal documents handled through our escrow showing the
address as 935 W. Balboa, we would greatly appreciate having the mailing address be noted in
the same way. Please send a copy of the approval letter to my Real Estate Agent's office located
at 660 Newport Center Drive, Suite 200, Newport Beach, California 92663, attention Tim Can
or Jaime Lindholm.
