Assessor’s Parcel Number 423-071-11 (Separate APN number to be assigned)
As requested, we have assigned an address of 411 39th Street for Lot 8, which was
previously identified as part of 413 39th Street. The garage previously located on Lot 8
and served as extra storage space for the single-family residence located on Lot 7 has
been demolished, thereby allowing Lot 7 to be developed as a separate legal lot.
Addressing will be as follows:
Lot 8- 411 39th Street
Lot 7- 413 39th Street
Address numbers should be at least four inches high, of contrasting color to their
background, and clearly visible from the street. We will notify City departments; however,
it is your responsibility to advise all other affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal
Service, utilities, Orange County Assessor, etc. Please be sure to inform the local
telephone service carrier so that responses to any “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched
to valid addresses.

Hi Jaime,
Thanks for the help today.
I'm emailing in regards to the new address of 411 39th St Lot 8.
The current address is 413 39th St which includes lot 7 and 8. Previously Lot 7 (413 39th st) and 8 (411 39th st)
were two separated addresses. They were combined years ago under the one address of 413 39th St.
We recently demolished the garage structure on Lot 8 that was attached to the single family home on Lot 7.
We'd now like to request that the address for Lot 8 be reverted back to its original address of 411 39th St. and
that Lot 7 remains as 413 39th St.
Here is the demo permit number in case it is needed: X2017 3908
