Dear Mr. Homer,
Per your request, we are changing the address of 520 ½ Acacia Avenue to 2311
Third Avenue for the second unit of the new two-unit residential development
located at 520 Acacia Avenue. The 520 Acacia Avenue address will remain as the
address of the first unit on the property, which fronts on Acacia Avenue. Please
refer to the attached exhibit.
We will advise City departments; however, it will be your responsibility to inform all
other affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, Orange County
Assessor, utilities, etc. Please be sure to notify your local telephone service carrier
so that responses to any “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to a valid
address. The address numbers should be at least four inches high, of contrasting
color to their background, and clearly visible from the street.

an address change. Flower Streets Development, LLC, owns a property under construction at 520 Acacia
Avenue Corona del Mar, Ca. 92625. This property is located on the corner of Acacia Avenue and 3rd Avenue.
The front door for 520.5 Acacia fronts 3rd avenue. We would like to request an address change utilizing 3rd
