This letter serves as confirmation that the only two currently active and recognized addresses
on the subject property are 236 Catalina Drive and 240 Catalina Drive. There are only two
residential units on the property; therefore, there is no need for any additional unit identifiers
(i.e., “A” or “1/2”).
