Re: Address Assignment for 319 ½ Jasmine Avenue

Dear Ms. Glass,
Per your request, we are assigning the address 319 ½ Jasmine Avenue to the
rear unit of the new two-unit residential development under construction on your property at 319 Jasmine Avenue. Once construction is complete, the 319 Jasmine
Avenue address will remain for the front unit on the property.
We will advise City departments; however, it will be your responsibility to inform all
other affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, Orange County Assessor, utilities, etc. Please be sure to notify your local telephone service carrier
so that responses to any “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to a valid
address. The address numbers should be at least four inches high, of contrasting
color to their background, and clearly visible from the street.
