We, on behalf of our client, the homeowner, propose to demolish the existing 2-story single family
dwelling (existing is nonconforming with setbacks) and build in its place a conforming 2-story single
family dwelling.

Grading: New home finished floor shall sit at approximately +13.61’ See Supplemental Materials
for Preliminary Grading and Drainage.

Roads & Driveway: No proposed changes to road. Driveway shall be rebuilt in same location to
