Please be advised that after reviewing the subject application, your submittal has been
deemed incomplete and further information is required before we are able to proceed
with the application process.
The following documentation is required to complete the application:
1. Preliminary Title Report
One copy of a Preliminary Title Report not more than six (6) months old from the date
the application is submitted must be provided. The Preliminary Title Report submitted
is dated June 3, 2020. Please provide a recent Title Report.
2. Police Department Review
This project is pending review from the Police Department for the Type 47 Alcohol
License. The Police Department’s Project Review Request will be forwarded once
available and any corrections, if any, must be addressed in order to complete this
application.
