TITLE: Agenda Item No. XIX, 14: Public Hearing, Approval of the Fiscal Year
2022-23 Fee Study Update
ABSTRACT:
This item is to conduct a public hearing and provide an update to Community
Development, Fire, and Police Department cost of service fees.
RECOMMENDATION:
Pull this item from the May 23, 2023, City Council agenda and bring the item back
to the City Council on June 13, 2023.
DISCUSSION:
City staff is requesting that this item be pulled from the agenda and brought back
at the June 13, 2023, City Council meeting to allow for additional noticing as
required by state government code.
