Dear Planning Department,
We are hereby submitting a request for a CDP for the above referenced site.

We propose to demolish the existing one story single family home and all site
improvements except select side yard walls/fences and the HOA owned palm tree
in the front yard.
We propose to construct a new two story single family residence with a three car
garage and roof top deck.
We also propose to construct hardscape and landscape improvements at the site
along with miscellaneous site walls and a small sideyerd water feature.
All items proposed are in full compliance with the HOA and City criteria and thus
no variances are being requested. i '
