Condition of Approval
•New Condition –Prior to the start of construction, the applicant shall obtain an encroachment permit and enter into an encroachment agreement and approved as to form by the City’s Attorneys Office
for the installation of the treatment system building.
•New Condition –The building foundation shall be constructed only of a slab and shall not be
constructed with stem walls or deepened footings.
