Project description:
On a 2,700 S.F. lot, we will demolish an existing 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom 2,781
S.F. residence. A new 2 story 2,977 S.F. 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom residence with
a roof deck. There will be a 515 S.F. 2 car garage at the street level at Via Lido
Nord, using the existing driveway curb. The building with pitched roof will be 23'-
9” above the 12.04 finish floor with the ridge height at 35.55 NAVD.
There will be 38 CY of cut and 13 yds of fill and 25 yds of soil export. There will
be 1747 sf of impervious area and 188 sf of landscaped area.
