Structural condition of seawall and tiebacks shall be investigated by a registered engineer and the necessary repairs shall be done in conjunction with building a new structure. Separate submittal and permit is required for repair. 2. Building site is located within an area prone to liquefaction. Please comply with the city’s minimum liquefaction mitigation requirements. 3.
