We are writing you in regard to the City owned dump site
which you plan to discontinue using as a dump on
January 1, 1967.
We are interested at this time to use the proposed land
for a Mobile Home Park which would include a Recreation
Hall, olympic size pool, Jacuzzi Whirl Pool and other
outdoor recreation facilities and an elaborate club
house which would be designed by a local architect.
We would be interested to know what value you place on
sale or leasing the site.
