2322 Pacific Dr Corona Del Mar (Narrative):
- The existing use of the property is a duplex.
- We are proposing to build two detached condos with their own separate utilities.
Improvements should be completed by Spring of 2024.
- New improvements will be connecting to the existing City Sewer.
- No public areas are proposed.
- The only planting area is in front of the property. We are proposing shrubs along the front
retaining walls.
- There are no restrictive covenants.
