A request to change the operating hours of an existing 6,047 square foot restaurant (Bandera) from 4:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m. and modify the approved seating layout with no increase in total available seating. No alterations are proposed to the building or site. The property has a General Plan land use designation of Corridor Commercial (CC) and is zoned Commercial Corridor (CC). The property is located within the Corona Del Mar Business Improvement District and the non-exclusion area of the Coastal Zone.
