Coastal Development Permit No. PA2022-0290 (5-NPB-23-0563) expired on June 15, 2023. The Coastal Commission received no appeals on this permit. The City’s permit is therefore final.

Description: Demolition of an existing 3,128 sq. ft., 2 story, single -unit dwelling and construction of a new 3,168 sq. ft., 2-story, single -unit dwelling with an attached 510 sq. ft. 2-car car garage. The project also includes the installation of landscaping, hardscaping, drainage, site walls, patio improvements, and a
reinforced bulkhead cap for protection against coastal hazard.

Unless an appeal is filed with the Coastal Commission, the action will become final at the end of the Commission appeal period. The appeal period will end at 5:00 PM on June 15, 2023.
