1 Comment: Parking Study to be reviewed upon resubmittal.
Response: Parking study provided to D. Lee on January 24, 2023

2 Comment: Door Swing to be modified so they do not swing into the
public right of way.
Response: Per email correspondence of 02.13.23 with Gregg Ramirez.
It was agreed upon review to retain the 3 existing doors that swing
directly into the public right of way. The doors swing may remain as is.
The door swings will need to be address as part of any future building
modification.
