2 Comment: According to latest Certificate of Occupancy
issued under Permit X2013-3572, the total occupant load 20
for the building is 221. Please provide copy more recent C of
O permitting higher occupant load of 260 for review.
Response: Building Permit XC2023-0009 to increase the
occupancy to 260 was finaled on 5/16/2023.

3 Comment: Existing Building is not protected with fire
sprinklers as noted on Sheet T0.1.
Response: Correction. See our cover sheet under section
project information, we state that we have existing fire
sprinklers. No further sprinklers will be added.

4 Comment: Obtain building permit for proposed occupant
load increases from existing permittee 221. Submit plans for
plan check; building shall comply with current codes.
Response: Noted.

5 Comment: Applicant noted that there is no door between
the outdoor patio dining area (53 occ.) and interior of
restaurant. How will be building be secured at closing?

Response: The patio has existing operable windows and full
size door with panic hardware. This will secure the restaurant
after hours. Please refer to picture showing the existing
exterior patio enclosure on cover sheet.
