1 Comment: Occupant load on patio is over 50. This will
require panic hardware on exist doors from patio in the path
of egress travel.
Response: Existing patio door is equipped with panic
hardware. We added a note on plans.

2 Comment: A fire alarm system that activated the occupant
notification system is required for an occupant load of 300
or more. Please state on plans that the building is equipped
with an NFPA 72 fire alarm system in compliance with
907.2.1 of the California Fire Code.
Response: Under project information on our cover sheet, we
clarified building is equipped w/ an NFPA 72 fire alarm
system in compliance w/ 907.2.1 of the CFC.
