The applicant proposes a limited term permit from May 25 to August 21, 2023 (89 days). The proposed hours of operation are from 10 am to 10pm daily, with a maximum of 26 seats in the front yard of the residence. Previously, an emergency use permit was granted in 2020 which allowed this patio, which has since expired.
