Good afternoon Joselyn,
Please find enclosed Drawings and Documents submittal package for the updated proposed new
single-family dwelling of the project located at 125 E Bay Front, Newport Beach CA 92661.
The previously presented basement has been eliminated and replaced by crawl space. The
design of the crawl space has been optimized in collaboration with our structural, civil and
geological engineers in order to eliminate the requirement for dewatering and shoring as well.
We have included the following items:
1. Architectural Drawings Set
2. Architectural correction letter
3. Civil Engineering Drawings Set
4. Soils Report Addendum letter
5. Civil Engineering WQMP
6. Civil Engineering CPPP
