BOUDREAU PIPELINE ASSOCIATE MEMBER VP As BIA/OC has outlined during past Council Study Sessions and meetings, MARK HIMMELSTEIN NEWMEYER & DILLION, LLP Inclusionary Zoning is a barrier to housing production that does far more to prevent than create homes. With this understanding, it is clear that a 30 percent requirement MEMBER AT LARGE PETER VANEK is an insurmountable burden that prevents viable housing opportunity within Newport INTREGAL COMMUNITIES Beach. While we would preferably see a full removal of Inclusionary requirements on housiri a 15 percent reduction is certainlyheadingin the correct direction. MEMBER AT LARGE g SEAN MATSLER COX, CASTLE, & NICHOLSON LLP Thank you for your thoughtful consideration on this matter.
