Subject: 310 Heliotrope Avenue - Parcel Map Application
The project comprises of new duplex with certain public improvements required. There will be
separate water meter and sewer service for each unit. There is a public alley in the rear of the lot
and a public street at the front of the lot. Vehicular Access will be from the alley.
There is an existing street tree, parkway and sidewalk in the public right of way along Heliotrope.
The existing tree will be protected in place. The carriage walkways within the parkway will be
removed.
