Subject: Letter of Authorization – Park Newport Bluff Repair
Dear Mr. Campbell:
Please be advised that CAA Planning, Inc. is authorized to represent Park Newport in
securing a Coastal Development Permit for the emergency repair of the bluff repair
conducted under CD2021-001, CD2022-0233, and future protection measures.
CAA is authorized to execute, take delivery, request, and take necessary action on behalf
of Park Newport pertinent to securing said Coastal Development Permit from the City of
Newport Beach.
