All the lotions, oils and sheets are organic/natural in nature to provide the healthiest experience possible for our clients. The intent of Thai Massage Body Balance is to provide a truly holistic and healing process through massage and ancient stretching techniques. It is owned by Bob Hudgens, who owns another successful business in Newport Beach City, and Chanporn Sangchan (Demi). Demi is also a licensed massage therapist in the state of California in good standing. Currently working in another facility. Hours of operation will be from 11 AM to 7 PM seven days a week. All clients will be welcomed by appointment only with maximum number of clients per day between five and seven. This business will be a very nice addition to this location at 4425 Jamboree Rd. There are currently approximately 30 suites, comprised of attorneys, psychologists, medical professionals, acupuncturist, microblading, and nutritionist. However, no other massage studios are currently at this location. Furthermore, as required, there are no schools, daycare centers, community centers, playgrounds, cultural sites, religious centers, or other massage businesses within 500 feet of this location We believe this is an excellent location and environment for clients to come to for a peaceful retreat/therapy, Upon arrival, clients will experience the outdoor fountain in the courtyard with the surrounding foliage, creating a peaceful, calm environment. We believe this a a far better atmosphere for massage clients vs. the typical strip mall location. This is also very complementary to the other businesses in the building, and could potentially lead to mutual referrals with other health and holistic healing services to help all clients depending on their health needs. The parking lot never exceeds 40% of its capacity. Traffic, emergency access and all public services and utilities meet all requirements needed. This business as proposed, will exceed public need, convenience, safety, and well- being.
