A minor use permit for an approximately 2,000 SF massage establishment in an existing suite. The
proposed hours of operations is 10 am – 9 pm, Monday through Friday, and 9 am – 9 pm, Saturday
and Sunday.

2. Limit size of linen to 100 sq. ft. or linen rooms shall have 1-hr fire
separation per table 509.1
3. Break room and Unisex restroom shall be accessible. 11B CBC
2022.
4. Provide accessible seating at waiting area.
5. Provide door maneuvering clearances per tabl 11B-404.2.4.1 of
CBC 2022.
6. Clarify how journey rooms are separated for privacy. Each journey
shall comply with maneuvering clearances. Note that drape
system at doorway is not permitted in an accessible path of travel
unless drape system can be operated in the same manner as
