On June 20, 2023, the City of Newport Beach Planning Division accepted the above listed application for processing.
The request is to process a Tentative Parcel Map (TPM) and Coastal Development Permit (CDP) for a proposed
residential duplex on the property located at 407 Heliotrope Avenue, Corona Del Mar. This application is now under
review to determine whether any additional information is required to deem it complete.
