1) A-2 Occupancies with occupants on the second floor require
fire sprinklers. Plans indicate that the building is sprinklered.
Plans will be required for any modifications to the fire
sprinkler system.
2) Any obstructions or items that affect the design of the
sprinkler system are subject to review by the Newport Beach
Fire Department.
3) If an existing fire alarm system is installed, plan will be
required for any modifications to the fire alarm system.
4) Provide exiting analysis on plans.
5) Provide occupant load analysis on plans.
