Hello Mehdi,
I was very nice to see you today at our Per -corn meeting for Biologi Spa (1340) at the Bluffs shopping center. We are looking forward to
helping you to meet your construction build out goals.
A recap of today's Percon:
1. Please review the Contractors guidelines provided as there are many things that could be useful in the build out with Alma
Construction.
2. Please provide schedule (Start and Finish dates)
3. Please provide copy of Permit with New Contractors Information noted (Alma)
4. Please provide Waiver / Release of preliminary lien from Hanna Construction
5. Please provide exterior sign shop drawing (Sooner the better this will help expedite)
Please Note: Construction can not start until item 2, 3 and 4 and submitted to the Irvine Company
