SUBJECT: FINDINGS AND CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL FOR
COASTAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT NO. PA2023-0027
6302 COAST HIGHWAY WEST
CONDITIONS:
1. Parking layout shall comply with the approved plans.
2. No encroachments, including but not limited to foundation of structure is
permitted within the Coast Highway West or Prospect Street right of way.
3. A new sewer clean out shall be installed on all existing sewer laterals per City
Standard 406.
